Our conditioner discharged 50+ gallons of water into our crawl space while we were out of town.  When we discovered it there were tons of clean up and odors to deal with.  I started on my own but was way over my head.  Cortney from SERVPRO of Salem County came out within the hour and gave me a reasonable quote for remediation.  The job was completed the following day as promised with excellent results performed by courteous efficient technicians.  Clean up was completed and there was no disturbance of the surrounding areas.

We had water damage in our ceiling and our walls.  SERVPRO of Salem County came out quickly and assessed the damage and returned quickly to clean up after the insurance company gave the go ahead.  They were quick and effective.  I would highly recommend for water damage and mold cleanup needs.

Kudos to Craig and his team! We had water in our basement from a faulty water softener! They were on-site within an hour of our call!! Very professional, respectful and understanding of the stress we were going through. Moved furniture, extracted all the water, removed and hauled away all the soaked carpets!! When a pipe burst unexpectedly in our finished basement, we quickly realized that there was just more water than we could realistically remove... even with multiple shop vacs and a sump pump!

SERVPRO responded quickly on that Saturday afternoon and had a crew at the house within an hour of our call. They were able to remove the water so much more effectively than we were and placed industrial fans and dehumidifiers to dry the area. Their quick response time is the reason why we were able to save much of our furniture, all of our drywall, and kept our personal property damage to a minimum.

Joe was fantastic to work with and made a nightmare of a situation easy to deal with. He even came back out after the equipment was removed to be there when the insurance adjuster walked through the house a few days later.

While we can't say we wish to ever have to use them again, we wouldn't hesitate to call them if we ever have need to! They have our highest recommendation.

The guys that came to my house - Joe Lovell, Josh Deyarmin, Josh H and Robbie were THE most thorough and polite young men. They did everything they promised.
