My house caught fire while I was at work on a Monday morning with my 3 dogs and cat still inside. I had no idea who to call and what to do as I sifted through the burned rubble and ashes that were my worldly possessions, with no idea how my pet family was doing in the hospital. A great friend of mine recommended Craig and his team at SERVPRO of Salem County. Within 30 minutes of me calling Craig and explaining my tragedy he was standing in front of my house. He  assured me that everything was going to be taken care of, that I was now part of his SERVPRO family and that meant he would treat me like he would his own family were they in the same position. He delivered on that guarantee every step of the way. His team showed up shortly after he did and started working quickly to secure my property, giving me piece of mind to be able to leave to check on my pets and sleep at night knowing I was in good hands. I couldn't think of a better company to recommend for any job regardless of the size or situation than them.

The team at SERVPRO did exactly what they said they were going to do. They saved our kitchen cabinets after our kitchen fire even though 2 other companies said they would need to be removed.

The team at SERVPRO is amazing! I cannot say enough about how great they were. While every other restoration company was bashing the next one, SERVPRO came and made a great lasting impression. When you house catches on fire and you are left with nothing and someone shows compassion that is the winner in my book. They never asked for the job but I sure gave it to them. Caring was by biggest deciding factor and the job they did was amazing! I will refer anyone to SERVPRO of Salem County that I can!

During the whole process, Joe and Josh were very tentative to my questions and concerns. When we first met he explained everything that was going too happen and how things were going to be done. He also suggested things that would help me during the process.
