Realistic Expectations

Fires happen all the time. If you have been keeping up with our blog you will know there can be a lot of demolition as well as extensive cleaning to return a structure to pre loss conditions. Along with this comes realistic expectations. 

Our teams spend hours removing affected materials and cleaning salvageable materials. This process can take weeks and sometimes even a month or more depending on the size of the project. 

Clear communication and realistic expectations are key here. We want everything to be "Like it never even happened," for everyone involved. With how thorough we are each room gets looked over with a white glove at least 4/5 times to ensure client overall happiness and cleanliness.
